Abstract Total organic carbon can directly represent the total amount of organic matter in the sample to be tested. At present, the state has not issued the verification regulation or calibration specification of total organic carbon. In order to meet the metrological calibration requirements of the instrument, especially in the pharmaceutical field, this calibration method is prepared and the measurement uncertainty of indication error calibration results is evaluated.
