Abstract In order to solve the problems of complex system, occupied personnel and low efficiency of the auxiliary transportation system in Daning Mine, the main influencing factors affecting the capacity of the auxiliary transportation system were studied and analyzed, and the capacity improvement plan including technology and management was proposed, and the facility transformation, process optimization, management improvement and safety protection of the on-site auxiliary transportation system were carried out to form a complete system for transporting equipment and materials, the technology enhanced the transportation capacity and improved the mine transportation and safety reliability.
