Abstract The coal transportation capacity of the transportation system of Jinjinwan Coal Corporaton Ltd. restricts the development of the mine. The transportation capacity of the main transportation system of the mine was improved by replacing equipment, increasing equipment power, optimized equipment stability, and the process plan. With small amount of reconstruction projects, less investment and short construction period, it provided a technical reference for similar projects in other mines.
