| Numerical simulation study on mining pressure behavior in large mining height face |

Abstract The large mining height may cause rib caving and heading face caving, study of mining pressure behavior in large mining height face was carried out to solve the problem, the mining pressure law played a key role in support selection and roadway arrangement, FLAC3D software was adopted to simulate the mining pressure of same mining length but different mining height and same height but different mining length in Zhaogu Mine, the mining pressure behavior was analyzed by simulation results of vertical stress, vertical displacement and plastic zone, providing reference for mining pressure behavior study under similar condition.
