| Research and application of drying technology of raw material drug bacterial residue |

Abstract Before incineration of streptomycin residue, the water content of mushroom residue should be reduced to 20%. Drying experiment for streptomycin residue were done using the methods of paddle dryer, spin flash dryer and two stage drying technology combined by soft wave granulator and vertical disc dryer. The experimental results show that the two stage drying technology combined by soft wave granulator and vertical disc dryer used for drying of raw material bacterial residue drug is advanced, can meet requirement of water content during incineration process after bacterial residue is dried. It is necessary to further reseach the control of the steam capacity drying time and drying process of each bacterial residue.
