Based on common fault form of coal mining machine, its status monitoring system functions were designed. Its upper computer operation flow chart was put forward, and upper computer main interface was designed. At the same time, design of temperature, vibration, threshold setting, warning indication and data storage module were described in detail, which made operators monitor operation of coal mining machine in real time and provided theoretical basis for future research.
