Based on low strength of surrounding rock, coal pillar placed in high stress area, and its serious deformation during mining in 5216 free coal roadway, grouting reinforcement scheme combining of shallow grouting with deep grouting anchor cable was used. Through industrial tests, grouting reinforcement was carried out on the existing anchor ( rope ) support, which could control deformation of roadway surrounding rock effectively.
