Based on the problem of coarse coal slime separation technology, Xiegou coal preparation plant introduced TCS intelligent coarse coal slime separator, the technology process was optimized, 1.5~0.2 mm coarse slime goes to TCS separator, 1~0.045 mm to decanting centrifuge for recycle, -0.5 mm to Enrichment of filter for recycle. The result showed that the separation technology was improved, ash content of mine rejects was above 60% stably, the technology improved the product quality, increased the enterprise economic benefit with 80 370 000 RMB per year.
