| Analysis on Large Mining Height Fully Mechanized Caving Coal Wall Rib Spalling and Its Support |

Abstract In order to study factors of making the same large mining height in fully mechanized caving coal wall more intense, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field observation were adopted to analyze support structural performance to coal wall rib spalling. The results showed that coal wall rib spalling of large mining height fully mechanized caving coal wall is more serious than fully mechanized mining face, reasonabl supports should be adopted to avoid the coal wall spalling.
