Due to the special business mode and the continued downturn of coal market in recent years, Rongtai Mine safety management faces with great challenges. low execution, the unscientific reward, habitual violation and the poor training effect have become increasingly prominent, affecting the further improvement of the safety management work. This paper pointed out that close attention to execution, scientific reward and punishment, standardize operations and training should be paid attention to improve the safety management level and ensure the safety production of enterprise.
