Abstract Through optimizing the distillation process of purifying the mixture of ethyl acetate and ethyl alcohol by Aspen Plus 11.1, the obtained conclusions are when the feed stage is eighth, feeding is at atmospheric temperature and ordinary pressure, the recycle effect of ethyl acetate is the best, and in the above conditions, the mass of ethyl acetate in the stream2 reaches 70.3%.
