Abstract Aiming at the problem of water conduction of loose water-conducting collapse column in Longmenta Coal Industry, geophysical prospecting method was used to find out the water abundance range of collapse column, and double-layers ( shallow, middle and deep ) grouting scheme was used to block the water-conducting channel. The grouting effect was evaluated by construction monitoring hole and secondary geophysical exploration after grouting. The practical application showed that the water inflow was reduced from 14.5 m3/h to 0.8 m3/h after grouting reinforcement technology, which ensured the safe mining of the working face.
