Abstract Based on the actual production situation of Dongpang Coal Mine in recent years, this paper deeply focuses on the slime pressure filtration process. The key factors such as ash difference, particle size distribution, pressure fluctuation, reagent type and dosage, material physical and chemical properties, and equipment process configuration were comprehensively considered, and the influence of these factors on the pressure filtration efficiency was analyzed. Through systematic research, the corresponding laws are summarized, and the economic benefits and the actual situation of the site are comprehensively weighed, aiming to find out the optimal scheme that meets the actual needs of slime pressure filtration production in Dongpang Mine.
