| Research on consolidation technology of dynamic pressure roadway anchoring and injection with high strength grouting in super thick coal seam |

Abstract In order to solve the serious roadway deformation caused by dynamic pressure in No.13315 return air roadway of Sunjiagou Mine during excavation and ensure safe mining of working face, the stress distribution and failure characteristics of surrounding rock of the roadway were analyzed by numerical simulation. The maximum failure depth of the roadway roof reached 5.5 m when tunneling 160 m. The maximum damage depth of both sides of the roadway reached 4.5 m. The failure range of tunneling dynamic pressure roadway was determined, and the support system of anchor-injection integrated high-strength grouting was proposed. The monitoring of mine pressure data showed that anchor-injection integrated high-strength grouting reinforcement technology could effectively maintain the safe mining of multiple disturbance roadway.
