| Research on dust reduction technology of fully mechanized excavation face in all coal roadway of Shuiyu Coal Industry |

Abstract Aiming at the problem of high dust concentration in the excavation of the whole coal mining roadway in Shuiyu Coal Industry, the changes of wind speed and dust concentration in the excavation face under different axial and radial air outlet ratios of the attached air duct were analyzed by numerical simulation. Combined with the field comparative test, the reasonable axial and radial air outlet ratio was determined to be 1 : 3. The field application results show that the total dust reduction rate of the excavation face is 98.28 % and the dust reduction rate of the respirable dust is 97.14 % after the wall-attached air duct with 1 : 3 axial radial air ratio is adopted. The treatment effect is remarkable, which ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
