In order to improve the efficiency and quality of jigging separation in coal preparation plant, this paper analyzes the reasons for the large loss of clean coal and medium coal and the insufficient screening of coal gangue in the operation process of single-side air inlet jigging separation equipment in Yuwu Coal Preparation Plant.According to the analysis results, a double-side air inlet compact jigging separation equipment is designed, and the mechanical structure and main operating parameters of the equipment are discussed. From the experimental test results, the equipment can improve the yield of clean coal and medium coal, and ensure the effective screening of coal gangue, indicating that the equipment has potential application value in the jigging separation operation of Yuwu Coal Preparation Plant.
