Abstract There are a large number of production equipment need power supply in fully mechanized mining face, so it is very important to select the appropriate power supply equipment for safe production. Combined with the actual situation of 15102 working face in Wulong Coal Industry, the selection of power supply equipment is carried out, mainly including mobile transformer and high voltage distribution device, and the setting value of high voltage distribution device is calculated. The practice shows that the selected equipment can meet the requirements of safe production in the working face, and provide reference for the selection of power supply equipment in similar fully mechanized mining face.
