Abstract In order to realize the continuous backfilling and improve the filling efficiency of the gangue backfilling face, the original gangue conveyor belt and the gangue throwing belt was combined into one in Xingdong Mine, a gangue throwing belt waseliminated, and adaptive technical transformation on the tail of the gangue conveyor belt was carried. A set of tail components of the gangue conveyor belt was developed and processed and fixed on the support of the working face, so that the gangue was directly transported to the scraper conveyor at the rear of the support through the gangue conveyor belt, and the coal was filled with the frame at the same time, which reduced the construction cost. It was estimated that the cost was saved by more than 170,000 yuan per year, and good economic and social benefits were achieved.
