| Seismic forward modeling of different collapse columns in coal mine |

Abstract The accurate identification of collapse column is of great significance to the safety mining of coal mine. In order to study the seismic response characteristics of different collapse columns, the finite difference method of seismic wave field forward modeling was used to establish collapse column models with different internal structures and different sizes according to the parameters of collapse columns under actual geological conditions. Then, wavelet was used to simulate seismic excitation, and different single shot records were obtained, These single shot records were processed to obtain horizontal stack section and post stack migration section. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis of wave group characteristics on these sections and the corresponding relationship with collapse columns, the characteristics of different collapse columns in internal structure and the response characteristics of collapse columns of different sizes on seismic sections were obtained.
