Abstract In recent years, in the context of nonferrous metals industry was weak, each metal smelting enterprise carried on transformation and upgrading work actively, developed new product continuously. The benefit was increased by extending the industry chain. So as to turn losses into gains. The project serviced for the research and development of new products.The analysis method of Zinc-Aluminum alloy was researched. The analysis method of trace composition Si, La, Ce and Mn was determined. When the new method was researched, our the results with Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute’s result were compared. The results were consistent with Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute’s results. The analysis method of Zinc-Aluminum alloy have brought into play. The product for sale abroad was up to grade.
