Abstract In order to ensure the safe and efficient production of No.2-126 face in Ganhe Mine, the water inflow prediction and reasonable control measures of working face were studied from the perspective of water damage prevention and control. Through the analysis of the water inflow situation during the mining of adjacent No.2-124 face, the characteristics of floor water inflow were mastered, and the evaluation model of anti-permeability ability of mining floor was established. The research showed that there was a risk of water inflow from O2 limestone water in the floor of No.2-126 face under the influence of fault. The design of floor grouting reconstruction scheme achieved good reinforcement effect and realized the safe mining of working face.
