Abstract Xin ’ an Mine of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group is an aging mine, and it is an urgent problem to find the increment of coal and prolong the life of the mine. Based on the analysis of the influence of the mining status of No.112811 Face on the south auxiliary shaft and air shaft, the allowable deformation index suitable for Xin ’ an mine shaft was calculated by using the probability integral method of surface movement. The down displacement of the shaft was less than or equal to 200 mm, and the vertical compression deformation was less than or equal to 1.50 mm / m. The study analyzed the influence of fully mechanized caving face on rock mass and ground during the whole mining process, which had practical significance for guiding the safe production of mines.
