Abstract In order to solve the problems of easy interruption, slow transmission speed and poor system stability when the single link series mode for monitoring data transmission was adopted in the safety monitoring system of a mine, the link ring network transmission mode of the safety monitoring system of the mine was upgraded according to the relevant regulations, standards and technical requirements formulated and issued by the State Administration of coal mine safety and the competent department of the industry. The single link transmission mode was upgraded to the dual link redundant ring network connection transmission mode, and the application effect was analyzed. The field application results showed that after the system transformation, the continuous stability of monitoring data transmission was realized, and the anti-interference ability of the system was significantly enhanced, which provided a strong guarantee for mine safety production.
