Abstract In order to solve the problem of information sharing, low efficiency and low intelligence caused by the single function and non-uniform ownership of coal mine safety management system, this paper integrates the high-definition video intelligent recognition system with the dual pre-control system and video monitoring and monitoring system constructed in coal mines, and designs the intrinsically safe safety information management and control system, which can complete the intelligent monitoring of the operation state of production equipment, the intelligent identification of key gate posts, the intelligent identification of entry personnel, and the analysis and early warning of mine safety risk. The system realizes the whole process visualization and digitization of the rectification of hidden dangers. Intelligent video recognition has the function of real-time monitoring and early warning, and can give reasonable corrective measures according to the risk level, so as to improve the timeliness and comprehensiveness of mine safety management, and standardize the standardization and process. In this system, multi-dimensional and multi-level risk information is deeply excavated, compared, analyzed and sorted out, which can achieve more comprehensive and efficient intelligent management of coal mine safety.
