Abstract In order to further improve the recovery rate of clean coal in coal washing plant and solve the practical problems in the washing process of coal washing plant, based on the analysis of the present situation, main problems and causes of the washing process of Shaping coal washing plant, the optimization design of the washing and recovery process of the coal washing plant and the selection of key processes and auxiliary equipment are carried out, and the economic benefits of the optimized washing and recovery process are analyzed.
