Abstract Huanling No. 1 Mine was taken as an example, a study on the design of the overall scheme was carried out, each sub-system and software of the early warning platform in mine based on big data, the practical application effect of the system was tested. The test results showed that the designed early warning platform operated normally with good data alarm performance and accuracy, which significantly reduced equipment failure rate, shortened troubleshooting time, and improved the intelligence level of the mine.
