| Determination of tolfenpyrad by high performance liquid chromatography |

Abstract In order to establish a method for the determination of tolfenpyrad content, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC )was used to detect the content through experimental research. Chromatographic conditions: analysis column was 4.6 mm×250 mm, packed with ODS C18, 5 μm; the mobile phase was methanol:water =70∶30; the detection wavelength was 217 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature was 4O ℃. There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 50.75 ~ 507.54 μg/mL of tolfenpyrad, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of system suitability was O.48%, the RSD of the three concentration samples were 0.24%, 0.18% and 0.22% respectively, and the repeatability was good. The average recovery of accuracy was 100.7%, and the accuracy was good. The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of tolfenpyrad.
