Abstract After years of development, the paste filling coal mining technology has gradually been recognized and applied by the society, and many problems have also been exposed, such as large equipment investment, high material cost, high technical level requirements of operators, and easy plugging, which seriously restrict the development of paste filling coal mining technology. In this paper, from the aspects of paste filling material performance and filling technology, the key technologies of underground paste rapid filling material processing, slurry preparation, pipeline transportation, rapid filling, goaf grouting and so on are studied, and the process system with less investment, fast speed and low requirement and the small amount, integration and automation of underground paste rapid filling technology are explored.
