| Review of coal mine temperature monitoring research based on distributed fiber optic sensing |

Abstract Throughout the development process of mine automation, intelligence and even wisdom,the corrosion, aging and damage of mine cables have always been an important cause of coal mine fires. This article,based on the temperature measurement principle of distributed optical fibers, several common mine cable temperature measurement methods as well as the current research status, existing problems, current research hotspots and future research trends were introduced. At the same time, it was proposed to use distributed optical fiber sensing technology to monitor the cable line in real time and provide a guarantee for the healthy and safe operation of the entire cable line, so as to present new ideas and methods for coal mine engineers when building smart mines.
