Abstract in the calculation of mine reserves, the formula is edited by Microsoft Excel, then the reserves are calculated, and the reserves calculation results are filled in AutoCAD. After the implementation of GB / T 17766-2020 solid mineral resources reserve classification in May 2020, the original reserve classification needs to be modified on a large scale. In this paper, through the flexible use of office software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and word, the work efficiency was improved and the error probability in the process of data conversion was reduced.
