Abstract Based on Determination method that is inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) of Sb Concentration in Polyethylene Terephthalate, all the factors that affect the results and their relationships were analyzed for propose of uncertainty evaluation. The results indicate that, numbers of parallel experiments and accuracy of fitting calibration curve are the main factors that affect the uncertainty evaluation, by which accuracy of measurement can be promoted.
