Abstract In order to save costs and expenses, the commissioning of the dust reduction equipment for coal transportation vehicles was completed on schedule. Xinzhi Mine Coal Preparation Plant used its own research and development, design, and construction methods to build two fully automatic car washing platforms at the original coal yard and the exit to realize the entry and exit centralized dust reduction and cleaning of empty and heavy coal transportation vehicles and the formation of recycled water resources. Through field tests, the automatic car washing platform had sufficient water pressure and good atomization, and the self-made car shaking device was simple and effective. The overall manufacturing and construction of the car washing platform met the requirements of purification and dust removal.
