The imported complete sets of equipment of Tongfa Dongzhouyao Mine were subject to serious wear and tear, the key components with large wear and tear, the service life of the equipment was greatly reduced, and the cost of entrusting the original maintenance was high and the project period was long. In order to solve these problems, the key structural parts of the equipment were innovated and transformed through the research, the series of wearable parts (accessories) were localized, the design of the key structural parts of the imported equipment was optimized, and the problems of the imported equipment transformation were solved. The nationalized overhaul technology was better adapted to the complex and changing mining geological conditions of the mine.
