The 32111 working face of Hanzui Coal Mine was taken as an example, the layout of the transport track in the open cut of the inclined fully-mechanized mining face, the installation of the scraper conveyor, the transportation installation of the hydraulic support and anti-dumping technology, the layout of the coal mining machine socket and shearer installation technology were studied. Through the combination with on-site practice, the installation technology was optimized, the equipment installation speed of the fully mechanized mining face was accelerated, the engineering quality was ensured, and a complete set of construction technology and experience of the fully mechanized face installation were summarized.
