The roadheader is an important equipment in mining machinery. The cutting head of EBZ-200A roadheader in Sanjiaohe Mine with serious problems such as severe pick-up and easy fracture, affected the efficiency and safety of the roadheader. Aiming at this problem, through theoretical, simulation and experiment, the reasonable parameters of the cutting head of the mine-boring machine were obtained, which provided a reference for the optimization and improvement of the cutting head of the mine.
