Abstract 7 faults in 1208 fully mechanized working face in Sima Mine, no water and water diversion, with small fold in working face floor, with possible crack development and broken coal seam in the corner of fold, disclosing the positon of fault, broken coal body, rib spalling and roof caving, in order to evalulate the support effect of 1208 air roadway, the support measuring station was set up to observe deformation volume and speed of roadway two sides and roof and floor. The collecting roadway converges data proved that the support parameters and plan were reasonable and enabled to control the deformation of the roadway.
