Abstract Using UV spectrophotometry, ethanol as the blank solution, the contents of non-water-soluble raw material drugs were detected under 254 nm. The results show that the solution concentration and absorbance is linear relationship, the measurement inethod,and is suitable for the determination of the content of non-water-soluble raw material drug because of simple and rapid determination process and accurate results.
