Abstract Based on properties inspection methods of monorail crane, STM8S singlechip as centre, including multi-function parameter measuring instrument for force sensor, speed sensor, tilt sensor and pressure sensor, the tester with good portability, high degree of automation, reliable measurement data and good integration, solved the current tester problem of poor portability, low accuracy and cumbersome use.
