Abstract Aiming at the existing problems during welding process which are manual entry information is large , some welding data is false and the welding data transmission is untimely, combined with the characteristics of polyethylene pipe welding technology, through realizing the information bar code, improving welding machine and building intelligent management system etc., the welding quality of polyethylene pipes were improved.
