Abstract In order to improve accuracy of mine surveying and positioning, mining survey CORS system based on GPS was designed, its total design frame was introduced in detail, 3 modules of base station, data processing center, communication system were analyzed and established, which used in practical engineering. The results showed that positioning accuracy was controlled in less than 3cm under the system requirements.
