Digging and anchoring machine was a new type machine manufactured with development of coal mining and suitable for modern coal mine driving. But it had some deficiencies when it was applied in concrete workin face. Based on these problems and taking practical use of digging and anchoring machine in 5-3021 roadway driving face as an example, the problems existed in application were analyzed, relevant resloving measures were put forward and normal operation of coal mine driving was ensured.
