In order to solve the roadway deformation and serious floor heave in abnormal stress area, geological and mechanical parameters of surrounding rock in No. 6 mining area of Changcun Mine was tested and the failure reason was analyzed, pre-stress anchor bolt and rope support system was given, the  result showed that the new support system controls the deformation and damage of the surrounding rock effectively by observing the mining pressure.
