In order to explore influence factors to enterprise profit in Kailuan Group and impact of scientific research investment on enterprise profit, theories of micro economics and econometrics were used to analyze these above problems. Results showed that: scientific research input had a significant impact on profit growth and it had a large regression coefficient under the same measure. Therefore, appropriate increasing of research investment was very important for enterprise profit income.
