Abstract Based on the common fault of scraper conveyor due to the poor production condition, in order to reduce the fault and get rapid repair after fault, the on-line monitoring system of scraper conveyor was set to find the fault and repair in time, the technology avoids the loss of repair not in time, drives the development of mining technology and safe and efficient mining.
