Abstract Based on the problem of heavy workload, low efficiency, low accuracy of calibration by hand in mine methane transmitter, mine methane automatic calibration device was given, with the introduction of device component, calibration principle and soft and hard ware design plan. The device exerts great significance of the effectiveness of monitoring system and safe mining.
