Abstract Pingdingshan Mining Industry No. 6 Mine 戊9-10-22170 fully mechanized working face influenced by complex stress of fault and upper overlying coal column, large area of rib spalling roof caving ahead of support roof increases the difficulty of roof management, delays the advancing of working face and brings negative effect of safe mining. Based on this problem, the pre-grouting of machinery roadway and air return roadway and injection of Malisan N type grouting material along with the working face mining reinforces the broken coal wall and roof in working face, improves the advancing of working face and ensures the safe mining.
