Abstract Based on the uncomprehensive idea of cost control, low management and unreasonable scope and depth of cost control in coal enterprise, Shenhua Shendong Materials Supply Department was taken as example, the delicacy management was introduced in production, operation and assessment system, which built comprehensive data of coal enterprise and provided reference for delicacy management in coal enterprise.
