Abstract In this paper, based on the oil content for soybean meal indicators, using the single factor test method to optimize the condition of aqueous enzymatic extraction. The results showed that the best particle size is 300 μm and the best ratio of mix enzymes is 1∶2∶2 ( α-Amylase∶Protease∶Cellulase ) with pH 4 and temperature 40°C. Validation test for oil soybean oil yield efficiency is 25.22%.
