Abstract In order to control the deformation of surrounding rock and the bolt fracture phenomenon influenced by dynamic pressure in mining roadway, The destruction of the roadway was analyzed as typical roadway damage appearance of remaining coal pillars roadway driving along goaf. Coupling pressure show anchor bolt was adopted, with roof bolt spacing 1 000 mm×920 mm, side bolt spacing 1 000 mm×1 000 mm, roof and two sides maximum convergence was 50 mm, 90 mm after the adoption of new support system, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock was under good control.
