Based on highway coal mining under the bridge belonging to mining under important building, in order to fully develop high quality of coal resources and extend the service life of mine, based on the successful mining of 2180 5 working face under the original highway in Fangezhuang Mine, No. 9 coal seam and No. 12 coal seam under Shahe new highway bridge were mined with different plans, with comparison and analysis. The result showed that the selective mining of No. 9 coal seam and No. 12 coal seam could lowest the negative influence of bridge deformation, with the most coal resources at the same time.
